BHD. was founded by our Managing Director - Perry Tan and incorporated on 18th October 2001 as an engineering and service company to provide professional expertise in the industrial process analysis systems. Since 11th February 2003 up to this day, HYPERWAVE has been registered as one of the vendors for PETRONAS. Since its incorporation, HYPERWAVE has been actively involved in the professional engineering and services in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) in Analyzer Projects.

In 2015, HYPERWAVE successfully expanded its capabilities and became one of the country’s leading LOCAL multi-discipline Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) contractor delivering Mechanical & Piping, Instrumentation & Control, Civil & Structural and Electrical works. Not forgetting its roots, HYPERWAVE continue to provide best-in-class Analytical Systems Integration Solutions and After Sales Service Support and Training services to our clients.
