Senior React Native Developer
Overview
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our mobile engineering team. This role will focus on building, maintaining, and scaling high-quality cross-platform mobile applications with a strong emphasis on performance, accessibility, and clean architecture.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, user-friendly mobile experiences for both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Implement responsive UI components using HTML and CSS principles.
- Manage global application state using Zustand (and related patterns).
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs efficiently and securely.
- Ensure accessibility-oriented development best practices across the app.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest.
- Monitor application performance and errors using Sentry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debug and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Manage native iOS and Android modules when required.
- Implement Offline capabilities for new features
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with React Native.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Experience with global state management using Zustand or similar framework.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows.
- Testing experience with Jest.
- Comfortable with Xcode and Android Studio.

- Finding memory consumption and leaks
- Experience integrating Sentry (or similar tools) for performance and error tracking.
- Understanding of mobile app lifecycle and performance optimization.
Nice to Have (Currently Used in the Project)
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Bitrise.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing tools such as Lambdatest.
- Experience building and maintaining native modules using:
- Swift (iOS)
- Kotlin (Android)
- Experience managing App Store and Google Play Console services, including:
- In-app purchases
- Internal testing tracks
- App releases and updates
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mobile development.
- 2+ years of hands-on React Native experience in production environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams.
