We are looking for a
C++ Tools & Automation Developer to build and improve automation tools that increase engineering efficiency and reliability across game development pipelines. You will integrate solutions into CI systems, debug complex issues, and collaborate on technical direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools and solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain and improve automation tools, frameworks, and solutions for multiple titles
- Integrate new solutions with existing tools and pipelines
- Integrate automation solutions into CI systems and debug related failures
- Debug C++ and C# automation code to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Contribute to the team’s technical vision and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of tools and automation development experience in desktop or console gaming environments or similar roles
- Strong technical ownership and accountability for delivered solutions
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Expert debugging skills in C++ and C#
- Solid version control concepts and practical usage experience
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
- Clear communication and collaboration skills
- Basic command line interface knowledge using at least one shell such as Cmd or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with CI/build systems and automation integration
- Practical experience with Unreal Engine development workflows
