We are seeking a
Senior Python Developer to deliver scalable Python backend systems for a modern platform built with strong security practices and a healthy engineering culture. You will partner with multiple teams, connect third-party APIs, and help deliver AI/LLM-enabled capabilities, so apply today.
Responsibilities
- Design and support scalable backend architectures and services
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ship high-quality software products
- Evaluate code changes and share input to maintain team coding standards
- Optimize efficiency and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Drive integrations with third-party APIs and services
- Document technical behavior clearly for new and existing functionality
- Apply and champion best practices across the software development lifecycle
- Strengthen team workflows through continuous improvement and shared technical know-how
Requirements
- Solid track record with 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Proven ability to build, support, and evolve applications using Python
- Hands-on experience incorporating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into software solutions
- Deep understanding of database design, administration, and tuning
- Strong working knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration
- Practical experience with Django or Flask and other Python web frameworks
- Good understanding of Python web server setup and deployment practices
- Strong awareness of security principles and how to implement them
- Verified experience delivering authentication and authorization functionality
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) for written and spoken communication
