Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality and/or cost management role in consumer goods, preferably in consumer electronics.
Proven experience managing complex engineering programs with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and address product design, manufacturing, and quality issues.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
