该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary: Act as the key technical authority responsible for driving the architecture, design, development, and delivery of robust embedded software solutions. You will guide the team through technical decision-making, code reviews, and problem-solving, while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor, inspire, and elevate the engineering team. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction of embedded software projects, including system architecture design, module decomposition, and technology selection.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to the embedded software development team, including task breakdown, sprint planning, technical reviews, and code reviews.
  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded software platforms based on ARM Cortex-M series MCU and 8051 series MCUs, covering low-level drivers, middleware, and application layers.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, memory, power consumption, stability, and real-time behavior.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, development workflows, best practices, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system architects, QA teams, and product managers to drive products from concept through prototyping to mass production.
  • Mentor and develop team members by providing technical guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the team's technical capabilities and development efficiency.
  • Participate in customer-facing technical discussions when necessary, providing expert-level input on feasibility, design trade-offs, and solutions. Qualifications and Requirements: Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in automation, electronic information, power electronics, computer and related fields, master’s degree preferred-

Experience:

  • Experience in C programming on Arm Cortex-M series MCUs and 8051 series MCUs
  • Experience in developing underlying drivers for embedded systems or developing RTOS and bootloader is preferred
  • Proven experience in technical leadership capacity, such as leading a team of engineers, driving technical architecture decisions, or serving as a senior technical contributor on complex projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering embedded software products from development through to production and mass deployment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with hardware, testing, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex system-level issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in C programming, with extensive hands-on experience on ARM Cortex-M series MCUs (e.g., STM32G4/F3, NXP, TI), including advanced timers, ADC, DMA, and interrupt subsystems.
  • Deep expertise in BLDC motor control and FOC (Field-Oriented Control) algorithm development and tuning, including both sensored and sensorless implementations.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics and motor drive circuits, including three-phase inverter bridges, MOSFET gate drivers, current/voltage sensing, and hardware-software co-debugging.
  • Proven experience in designing software-based safety protection mechanisms (overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, stall, and short-circuit protection), with awareness of product safety standards (e.g., CE, UL).
  • Working knowledge of BMS communication, low-power design, and BLE connectivity for smart tool features such as App integration and OTA firmware updates.
  • Strong debugging skills using JTAG/SWD debuggers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers, with hands-on experience in EMC design and optimization in high-noise motor environments. Leadership skills:
  • Strong technical mentorship ability, capable of guiding engineers at different levels to grow in areas such as motor control algorithms, system architecture, and debugging skills.
  • Solid technical decision-making skills, able to evaluate trade-offs in architecture design, technology selection, and implementation approaches, and drive sound engineering decisions.
  • Proficiency in code review and design review, with the ability to identify potential risks, enforce coding standards, and ensure consistent code quality across the team.
  • Strong system-level problem-solving skills, able to lead the team in tackling complex technical challenges such as motor tuning, performance optimization, EMC issues, and field failure analysis.
  • Good technical communication skills, able to translate product requirements into clear technical direction and effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including hardware, product, and QA teams.
  • Ability to identify team skill gaps and proactively promote knowledge sharing, technical training, and best-practice documentation to elevate overall team capabilities. Language
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
