该职位来源于猎聘 高压电池及EEPH验证工程师 Responsibilities: Test Case Specification, Implementation and Automation：

  • Develop test specifications for HiL, test bench, and vehicle levels based on requirements and project experience.
  • Implement, modify, and review test cases/packages to ensure feasibility and completeness.
  • Design and deploy automated test packages for HiL, bench, and vehicle testing environments.
  • Configure test tools (ECU-Test, CANalyzer, INCA) and devices (Vector CANcase, Datalogger) for various test setups.
  • Coordinate test schedules and secure available time slots for vehicle and bench testing.
  • Execute tests per assigned functions and specifications; generate test reports with detailed failure descriptions.
  • Support supplier bench setup and debugging; maintain setup records (photos, checklists, issue logs) and daily test reports.
  • Review raw data and log files, including calibration data, CAN/LIN logs, and fault code screenshots. Function Validation within Vehicle Testing:
  • Conduct intensive vehicle road testing for HVB function validation.
  • Configure diagnostic and measurement tools (E-Sys, Ediabas, INPA, CANalyzer, INCA) and logging devices.
  • Manage vehicle usage according to test plans, timelines, and shared resource schedules.
  • Align with stakeholders on test requirements, equipment, vehicle hardware/software versions, and availability.
  • Coordinate and perform vehicle hardware upgrades and software updates (I-step).
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting support for HVB-related issues during vehicle testing. Requirements:
  • Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle powertrain systems (architecture, main functions).
  • Experience in HV-Battery development and/or validation.
  • Function validation experience on HiL, component bench, and/or vehicle level (preferably HV-Battery/BMU).
  • Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting, especially for HV-Batteries and related sub-components.
  • Familiar with development and data analysis tools such as CANalyzer, INCA, MATLAB/Simulink.
  • At least 3 years of engineering service experience in NEV powertrain system validation, calibration, and testing for other OEMs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, self-responsible, and reliable work attitude.
  • English business fluent (mandatory); Chinese required.
  • BMW HV1 certification.
  • BMW driver certificate B2+E1.
  • Chinese C1 driving license.
  • Personal protective equipment to access production area/test lab, e.g. safety shoes, glass, etc.
  • Willingness to travel within Shenyang and Mainland China as needed.
  • Complete BCS internal training as required. 岗位职责： 测试用例编写、实施与自动化： - 根据需求和项目经验，开发HiL、测试台架和整车级别的测试规范。 - 执行、修改和评审测试用例及测试包，确保其可行性和完整度。 - 针对HiL、台架和实车测试环境，设计并部署自动化测试包。 - 配置测试工具（ECU-Test、CANalyzer、INCA）及设备（Vector CANcase、数据记录仪），适配不同测试方案。 - 协调测试排期，合理安排车辆和台架的可使用时段。 - 按分配的功能和规范执行测试，输出测试报告，并附详细故障描述。 - 协助供应商完成台架搭建和调试，维护搭建记录（照片、点检表、问题日志）及每日测试报告。 - 审查原始数据和日志文件，包括标定数据、CAN/LIN报文和故障码截图。 整车测试中的功能验证： - 开展高强度的整车道路测试，用于高压电池功能验证。 - 配置诊断和测量工具（E-Sys、Ediabas、INPA、CANalyzer、INCA）及数据记录设备。 - 根据测试计划、时间节点和共享资源安排，管理车辆的使用。 - 与其他部门对齐测试需求、设备、车辆软硬件版本及可用状态。 - 协调并执行整车硬件升级和软件刷新（I-step）。 - 在整车测试中，提供高压电池相关问题的现场技术支持。 任职要求： - 了解混动和纯电车辆的动力系统架构及主要功能。 - 具有高压电池开发和/或验证经验。 - 具备HiL、零部件台架或整车层面的功能验证经验（高压电池/BMU方向优先）。 - 具有故障分析和排查经验，尤其是高压电池及子部件。 - 熟悉开发和数据分析工具，如CANalyzer、INCA、MATLAB/Simulink。 - 在汽车行业有至少3年动力系统验证、标定和测试方面的工程服务经验。 - 英语可作为工作语言（必须）。 - 持有宝马高压电资质（HV1）认证。 - 持有宝马驾驶资质B2+E1。 - 持有中国C1驾照。 - 进入生产区/测试实验室时需佩戴个人防护装备，例如安全鞋、护目镜等。
  • 可根据需要在沈阳市及中国大陆范围内灵活出差。
  • 需完成BCS内部培训要求。
