工作职责:
What You Will Do
Lead and drive key innovation projects aligned with market trends and customer needs, from concept to commercialization.
Identify opportunities and develop differentiated solutions within the product category, leveraging formulation expertise and market insights.
Translate customer needs into practical product innovations with strong customer understanding.
Partner with Marketing and TS to define value propositions and support customer engagement.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering to scale up formulations from lab to production.
Provide technical support in field trials and key customer interactions when needed.
任职条件:
Minimum Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Chemistry or related field, with 6+ years of R&D experience.
Experience In Formulation Development Is Preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to clearly articulate technical value.
High learning agility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
