岗位职责:

  • 新制程平台的引入、建立和验证，并可以根据客户需求开发客制化制程， 提升竞争力；
  • 新产品导入，了解客户的产品应用需求, 优化制程参数，保证新产品的试产及验证成功， 进入大规模量产；
  • 产品大规模量产的电性和良率管控，及时发现制程问题，协调各工程部门提出解决方案，优化相关工艺，提升产品良率。

任职要求:

  • 硕士及以上学历，物理学、理论物理、凝聚态、微电子、集成电路、电子科学与技术等相关专业；
  • 掌握专业课知识并能熟练运用，并熟练使用Office常用办公软件；
  • 表达能力佳、具有团队合作精神；
  • 具有英语四级或以上证书。
