Reporting to the PE Manager, the Sr PE role involves…

What a typical day looks like:

• 新产品报价的工程分析。
  
  

Engineering analysis for new product quotation.

• 设计产品制造过程，包括作业指导书、夹具、工具、材料、检验和确认、包装、过程控制方法等。
  
  

Design product manufacturing process, including WI, fixture, tool, material, inspection and verification, package, process control method etc.

• 管理产品工程变更。
  
  

Manage product engineering changes.

• 负责制造工艺改进以消除缺陷和客户投诉。
  
  

Be responsible for Manufacturing Process Improvements to eliminate defects and customer

complaints.

• 持续改进产品质量和生产效率。
  
  

Continuously improve on product quality and production efficiency.

• 通过提供有效的纠正和预防措施，支持质量部门进行8D报告; 分析和解决质量问题和客户投诉。
  
  

Support QA for 8D reporting by providing effective corrective and preventive actions,

analyze and resolve the quality issues and customer complaints by creative solutions.

• 建立和执行生产工艺流程，以达到***的生产效率。
  
  

Establish and deploy the manufacturing process flow to achieve the best production

efficiency.

• 培养和提高工艺技术员的能力。
  
  

Develop and improve the capability of process technician.

Fulfill tasks assigned by supervisor

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5 年以上工艺工程经验，EMS行业优先。
  
  

At least 5 years Process Engineering experience, preferably in EMS industry.

• 具备电路板组装和者机械组装的相关工作经验，包含焊膏印刷、回流焊、波峰焊、涂层、BGA返修、组装等工艺。
  
  

Experience on PCBA and box build process, include solder paste printing, Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, coating, BGA rework, Assembly etc.

• 接受过质量体系以及先进的质量工具和技术的培训。
  
  

Be trained on quality systems as well as advanced quality tools and techniques.

• 善于学习并使用新技术和工具，用于制程改良，数据分析和报告技能。
  
  

Be good at learning new technology and tools used for process improvement, data analysis

and reporting skills.

• 英文达到工作沟通水平。
  
  

Workable English skills.
