Communication from senior management can also be inconsistent, leading to occasional confusion about company direction or project priorities. Sometimes, the workload can feel a bit heavy without adequate support.
Advice to Management: Please focus on implementing transparent career progression frameworks and improving direct communication channels from leadership to all employees. Clearer goals and feedback would be very beneficial.
