Pros: The best part about working here was the strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. We always supported each other, especially during tight deadlines for major international trade shows. I gained a lot of practical experience in event planning and client interaction, which is great for career growth in the exhibition sector.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough during the lead-up to big events; there were certainly weeks with long hours. Sometimes communication between departments could be a bit smoother to avoid last-minute rushes. Overall though, these are common challenges in event management.
