Pros: I really enjoyed my time at U-CREATE (Qingdao) Data Technology. The team was fantastic, always willing to help out, which made learning new skills a lot easier. I got to work on several interesting projects using modern data tools and methodologies. Management was generally supportive and open to new ideas, and the company culture felt collaborative. It’s a good place for early to mid-career professionals in the IT services industry to build their technical foundation.
Cons: While there are opportunities, the formal career progression path isn't always super clear, which can make it a bit tough to know exactly what steps to take for advancement. Sometimes, especially during crunch times on projects, the workload could become quite intense, impacting work-life balance slightly. Communication about long-term project roadmaps could also be more consistent.
Advice to Management: Consider developing more structured, visible career path frameworks and communication channels for long-term project planning to help employees better understand their growth trajectory and manage expectations during busy periods.
