Senior AI Engineer (Node.js, Python) at BairesDev

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and scale production-grade artificial intelligence systems leveraging both Node.js and Python ecosystems. You will act as a key technical driver to integrate advanced language models and orchestration frameworks into reliable, enterprise-ready applications.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement robust backend architectures and APIs to support complex AI workflows.

- Integrate large language models and establish efficient retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic systems.

- Build and optimize data pipelines and orchestration flows to ensure reliable, high-performance model execution.

- Implement production-level MLOps practices, including evaluation methodologies, monitoring, and observability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable, secure cloud-deployed AI solutions.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in Node.js and Python for building production-grade AI systems.

- Strong experience integrating LLMs, Generative AI APIs, and implementing RAG or agentic workflows.

- Solid understanding of API development, MLOps practices, and cloud deployment.

- Experience with AI evaluation methodologies and observability frameworks.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
