About The Role
In this role, you will design and execute integrations that embed agentic and LLM-based AI capabilities into enterprise systems, enabling seamless interaction across legacy and cloud-native environments. You will contribute to R&D-driven and Professional Services initiatives that advance enterprise AI adoption within complex client ecosystems, and you will help drive technical decisions, improve system interoperability, optimize agent performance, and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions with real-world business impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI integrations that accelerate innovation and adoption
- Lead cross-functional implementation efforts to integrate agentic AI solutions into existing systems, reducing operational risk and improving system reliability
- Define and implement integration patterns and communication protocols that improve performance and interoperability across AI agents and enterprise platforms
- Design and execute system integration initiatives that support scalable, API-driven, and cloud-compatible architectures
- Drive technical discussions and contribute to architectural and engineering decisions across distributed teams
- Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies
- Contribute to technical excellence initiatives that enhance customer experience and support SoftServe’s global delivery success
- Participate in collaborative, multicultural team environments to drive impactful outcomes across enterprise AI engagements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience as a Full Stack (Front-End / Back-End) Software Engineer using modern programming languages such as .NET, TypeScript, React & Python
- Advanced experience designing and building agentic and LLM-based systems in enterprise contexts
- Proven experience with system integration, technical migrations, and API-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL development, query optimization, and database design principles
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization tools, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation scripting
- Proven ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Strong communication skills in English for daily collaboration, documentation, and interaction with client stakeholders
