In our 25th Capability Program, you develop into a purpose-driven leader whilst making a difference in a disadvantaged community. You will co-create a new social enterprise to improve the job and life chances of people in disadvantaged communities. Two professional business and leadership coaches accompany you to develop your business and leadership skills along your learning journey.

Following your application, we will invite you to a 45 minutes online interview to learn more about your motivation and give you the chance to ask questions. After the interview, we decide jointly whether we embark on this exciting learning journey together.
