About The Role
The Senior Full Stack Developer at BMO Financial Group plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end software development lifecycle. This position involves collaborating across various functional teams to translate complex user requirements into technical specifications and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, backend programming languages, and enterprise integration platforms. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in cloud computing, API development, and enterprise integration, ensuring that applications are secure, performant, and aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and soft skills. Candidates should demonstrate foundational skills such as creative thinking, relationship management, and emotional agility. Intermediate skills include quality assurance, cloud computing, microservices architecture, requirements analysis, adaptability, and effective communication. Advanced skills encompass programming, application integration, test-driven development, SDLC, troubleshooting, and system integration. Typically, candidates will have 5-7 years of relevant experience, supported by a related post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience. Proven hands-on experience in delivering complex, scalable cloud-native applications is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,900.00 to $141,900.00, with pay type being salaried. Salaries are commensurate with experience, skills, education, and location, and may include performance-based incentives and bonuses.
