Overview:
Our client, a single-family investment office, is looking for an accounting professional to join their team. This role reports to the Controller.
Responsibilities
- :Oversee the full accounting cycle for a variety of entities (corporations, trusts, foundations, and joint ventures
- )Identify and assess financial reporting options and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting option
- sManage annual external audit
- sMentor and develop accounting staff as part of department succession plannin
- gAssist in developing, updating, and compiling management reportin
- gReview periodic reporting packages from portfolio investment companie
- sTake lead in identifying and implementing on-going improvements to procedures, processes, and reporting including use of technology solution
- sResponsible for investment performance measurement function including management of monthly/quarterly reporting cycle, control design and implementation, and oversight of process effectiveness and efficienc

- sTake ownership of delegated assignments and ensure that filing/reporting requirements and deadlines are me
