Position: Special Projects Software Engineers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$200/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Mercor team on special projects to enhance software solutions.
- Evaluate and improve AI model training and performance.
- Develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
- Shape and refine AI model outputs for optimal results.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in software engineering.
- Strong skills in AI model development.
