Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud-based full stack applications.
- Build features and fix defects using TypeScript, Node.js and Vue.js.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on operational needs.
- Support onboarding of new team members and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate user stories into technical tasks.
- Use Git for source control, collaboration and code reviews.
- Maintain and scale applications to support additional stakeholders.
- Contribute to digital initiatives that improve communication and workflow automation.
What You Bring To The Table
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the past 5 years in the following:
- Full-stack development using TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS and HTML/CSS.
- Designing and developing relational SQL data models and schemas.
- Using Docker Git version control and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, Azure DevOps or GitLab.
- Developing cloud-based full-stack web applications.
- Working as part of an Agile and/or Scrum team.
- Within the past 5 years you have:
- Delivered software using DevSecOps-aligned practices including containerization, source control, CI/CD pipelines or automated testing in a cloud environment across at least 10 products.
- Contributed to the sustainment, enhancement or scaling of at least 10 production applications, supporting expanded users, stakeholders or functionality
- Developed or significantly enhanced full-stack functionality as part of a delivery team for at least 10 modern web application products.
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
