Technical Requirements (Must Have):
- Proficiency in React or similar framework for building modern, responsive web applications.
- Familiarity with C#
- Experience using AI to accelerate & augment your work
- Comfort working with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- An insatiable curiosity about technology – you learn new tools and languages because you want to, not because someone told you to.
- 1+ years of hands-on development experience (professional, freelance, or meaningful personal/open-source projects all count).
Additional Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience with AI/ML tools, APIs, or integrations (OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, etc.).
- Backend experience beyond C# – Node.js, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Zustand).
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field – but equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Primary Role: Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and C#. You’ll work across the full frontend stack and collaborate closely with backend developers to deliver complete, polished products for our clients.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across web and mobile platforms. When something breaks, you dig in until you understand why – and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI Exploration: Actively explore and integrate AI tools and capabilities into our development workflows and products. We want someone who’s excited to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing – we all get better together.
- Ensure applications meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and help onboard future team members.
Common Work You’ll Tackle:
- Building and iterating on React web applications for client projects.
- Developing and maintaining React Native mobile apps – both greenfield builds and working in existing codebases you didn’t write.
- Writing C# backend services, APIs, and integrations.
- Experimenting with AI-powered features and developer tooling.
- Debugging tricky cross-platform issues across web and mobile.
- Collaborating on architecture decisions and technical approach for new projects.
