Job Description
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Front-End Developer who will design and build the secure, intuitive, web-based administrative interface that non-technical administrative users will use daily to manage all aspects of the system. This role is responsible for delivering a high-fidelity, Excel-like grid experience across all core database tables, along with dashboards, forms, and role-based workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an Excel-like grid interface (inline cell editing, real-time save, sort/filter/search, copy/paste from Excel, bulk import/export of Excel/CSV) for all core system tables.
- Build dashboards for pipeline monitoring, real-time tracking, and utilization metrics with visual indicators (green/yellow/red).
- Create color-coded validation views for records (red = errors, yellow = warnings, green = validated).
- Design and implement forms and workflows for user management (add/reset password/deactivate), reference data management, master list maintenance, and record review/processing.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) so different user roles see only the permitted views and actions.
- Integrate MFA/SSO login experience on the client side.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and polished UI/UX with real-time feedback and auto-save functionality.
- Collaborate closely with the Back-End Developer on API integration and data synchronization.
Top 3 Skills & Experience Required
- Proven expertise building Excel-like / enterprise data-grid web applications (Hands-on experience with AG-Grid, Handsontable, TanStack Table, or equivalent libraries, including inline editing, bulk operations, copy/paste, real-time validation, and large-dataset performance.)
- Advanced React + TypeScript development (Modern React ecosystem with strong state management (Redux/Zustand/TanStack Query), component architecture, and responsive UI design for internal business tools.)
- Experience delivering role-based, secure administrative interfaces in regulated environments (Healthcare, finance, or government projects with complex permission models, audit-ready UI, and user-friendly design for non-technical power users.)
