The Role
- Work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate in cross-functional program review or product delivery teams.
- Participate in field research, backlog definition, sprint planning, and execution.
- Develop functionality for public service provision.
- Contribute to a shared understanding of project issues and current service implementation.
- Advise product owners on technical efforts and implementation options.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalencies considered.
- Experience with source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
- Proficiency in automated unit testing and integration testing.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile environment.
- Experience with production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Nice to have: Experience with incrementally transforming legacy systems and leveraging generative AI.
