Job Description
- We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter + Android Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Android and Flutter application development, solid programming fundamentals, and experience building scalable, high-quality mobile applications. The candidate should be eager to learn new technologies and contribute throughout the application development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android and Flutter mobile applications.
- Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Flutter and/or Android application development.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Codemagic, etc.) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of app security best practices (secure storage, SSL pinning, API authentication) is a plus.
- Experience with dependency injection (Hilt/Koin for Android or GetIt for Flutter) is preferred.
Expectations
- Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of Core Java, Good understanding of Kotlin, Good understanding of Dart, Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Mobile Development: Flutter framework, Native Android development, Android SDK and Jetpack libraries, Activity & Fragment lifecycle, Background processing (WorkManager, Services)
- Architecture & Design Patterns: MVC, MVP, MVVM, Repository Pattern, Clean Architecture
- State Management (Flutter): Provider, BLoC, GetX, Riverpod
- API Integration: RESTful APIs, JSON Parsing, Authentication (JWT, OAuth - basic understanding), Retrofit/Dio/HTTP Client, Error handling and API response management
- Database: Room Database, SQLite, Offline data synchronization
- Firebase Services: Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Firebase App Distribution
- Device Features & Integrations: Google Maps, Location Services, Camera, File Picker, Image Upload, Push Notifications, Deep Linking
- UI/UX: Responsive UI development, Portrait & Landscape support, Material Design guidelines, Theme management (Light/Dark Mode), Localization & Multi-language support, Custom widgets and reusable UI components, Basic animations
- Local Storage: SharedPreferences, Secure Storage, DataStore (Android - good to have)
- Version Control & Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Android Studio, VS Code, Postman, Firebase Console
- Play Store / App Store: App signing, Release build generation, APK & AAB creation, Play Console deployment, App Store deployment (preferred), Versioning and release management, Play Store review guidelines
- Testing: Debugging and profiling, Crash analysis using Crashlytics
- Experience with native Android development alongside Flutter.
- Experience with iOS builds and App Store releases.
- Experience integrating payment gateways.
- Knowledge of Firebase App Check and Play Integrity.
- Familiarity with push notification services and deep linking.
- Understanding of performance optimization and memory management.
