Software Developer - Full Stack - Intermediate (RQ10157)
We are seeking an immediate Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in a fully onsite role (similar to RQ10156) to develop n-tier Java/J2EE web applications with Spring, MyBatis ORM, Oracle database integration, data pipeline ETL development, and AODA-compliant responsive front-end solutions.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design/implement/expand data pipelines through ETL activities.
- Translate technical specifications into working applications: programming specs, code generation, unit testing.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation, conversion, and migrations.
Technical Areas Within Scope of this Position
Must Have
- JAVA, J2EE, JSF, HTML/DHTML, XML/XSL systems design/integration/development.
- N-tier web-based applications using Oracle database.
- Web Services, responsive frontend, AODA compliance.
- Open-source: Spring, MyBatis, Bootstrap, jQuery.
Programmer & Development Skills – 65%
Core Stack
- Emerging technologies: Web Services, responsive/AODA frontend.
- Reporting: Jasper reports.
- SDLC (Agile/iterative), Oracle SQL/RDBMS expertise.
Full Stack Skills
- Front-end/back-end/database/DevOps proficiency.
- Web architecture design, REST API construction/integration.
- UI/database deployment, CI/CD implementation.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Proven intermediate full stack development delivering Java/J2EE n-tier applications with Spring/MyBatis, Oracle integration, modern responsive front-end, ETL data pipelines, and AODA compliance across complete SDLC.
Engagement Requirements
- Fully onsite: 5 days per week in Toronto office.
