Software Developer - Full Stack - Intermediate (RQ10156)
We are seeking an immediate Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement in a fully onsite role to develop n-tier Java/J2EE web applications with Spring, MyBatis ORM, Oracle database integration, and modern front-end technologies including data pipeline ETL development.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design/implement/expand data pipelines (ETL activities).
- Translate technical specifications into working applications: programming specs, code generation, unit testing.
- Troubleshoot issues during implementation/conversion/migrations.
- Support CSC release/infrastructure sustainment activities and urgent priorities.
Technical Areas Within Scope of this Position
Must Have
- Systems design/configuration/integration/development in JAVA, J2EE, JSF, HTML/DHTML, XML/XSL.
- Open-source: Spring, MyBatis, Bootstrap, jQuery.
- Hands-on n-tier web-based application development using Oracle database.
Programmer & Development Skills - 65%
- Emerging technologies: Web Services, responsive frontend, AODA compliance.
- Reporting tools: Jasper.
- SDLC support (Agile/iterative), Oracle SQL/RDBMS.
Full Stack Skills
- Proficient front-end/back-end/database/DevOps development.
- Web architecture design, UI/database deployment, REST API construction/integration.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Experience And Skill Set Requirements
Proven intermediate full stack development experience delivering Java/J2EE n-tier applications with Spring/MyBatis, Oracle database integration, modern front-end frameworks, and ETL data pipeline development across complete SDLC.
Engagement Requirements
- Fully onsite: 5 days per week in Toronto office location.
- No security clearance required.
Desired Skillset

- Feasibility assessment, customized strategy development, stakeholder consultation.
Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Public sector application architecture, GO-ITS standards, TRA/PIA processes.
Additional Skills
