Description:
The Customer Solutions Data Analyst will support reporting and analytics needs within a dynamic business environment. This role will play a key part in building and maintaining data-driven reporting solutions, uncovering performance insights, and supporting operational teams with timely, accurate, and actionable data.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reporting & Analytics Delivery:
- Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Support the end-to-end development of reporting outputs, including: Data extraction and transformation, Data validation and quality checks, Dashboard and visualization development
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and delivered on time
- Document reporting logic, data sources, and definitions to support consistency
Data Analysis & Performance Insights:
- Analyze operational data to support performance tracking and decision-making
- Assist in the development and monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement based on reporting outputs
- Support teams in understanding and using data to drive actions
Process Improvement & Data Quality:
- Identify and support improvements to reporting processes and data workflows
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Assist in implementing automation and simplification opportunities where feasible
- Participate in ongoing efforts to enhance reporting usability and scalability
Stakeholder Collaboration & Operational Support:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Logistics, and IT teams to support reporting needs
- Gather requirements and feedback to improve dashboards and analytics outputs
- Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and data validation activities
- Contribute to user enablement through documentation, training materials, or knowledge sharing
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI,
- Tableau)
- Experience with data manipulation and transformation (SQL, Alteryx, or similar)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a business environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Experience working with SAP systems
