Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:

  • Define and evolve security development standards;
  • Ensure the security of in-house developed frameworks;
  • Identify vulnerabilities and assess associated risks;
  • Recommend and implement appropriate corrective measures;
  • Promote secure by design and shift left approaches ;
  • Act as an organizational reference in AppSec;
  • Design and distribute common guides, patterns and tools;
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines;
  • Implement AppSec controls (SAST, DAST, SCA, secret management);
  • Contribute to the implementation of monitoring and detection tools.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

  • Have significant experience in software development (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python or equivalent);
  • Have experience with AppSec tools and CI/CD pipeline;
  • Knowledge of WSL, Wiz, Kubernetes, SonarQube;
  • Have advanced expertise in application security (AppSec);
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and outreach skills;
  • Have a good understanding of organizational and regulatory issues;
  • Have a grasp of OWASP vulnerabilities and code security best practices;
  • Have an interest in AI-related security issues;
  • Possess the ability to influence in a matrix environment;
  • Demonstrate a collaborative solution-oriented approach and continuous improvement.
