Our Software Development organization based in Ottawa is looking to add both a Java Technical Team Lead who can come in and lead the existing Java Team, as well as continue to build the growing division as it relates to delivering Java application solutions to end clients.

Requirements
- Senior level Java development experience working on Enterprise level application projects
- Proven Team Leadership and strong communication skills within development team environments
- Experienced working in Agile software development environments
- Proven experience using RESTful Web Services, XML, EJBs, JDBC, RDBMS and SQL
- Experienced working within development frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Apache Tiles, etc..
- Hands-on application server experiences (e.g. Jboss, Tomcat)
- Nice to Have: Mobile Application development
