We are seeking an immediate
Programmer Analyst III for the
Province of New Brunswick in a
remote role with occasional onsite requirements at
440 King Street, Fredericton, NB or
Brookside Place, Suite 30, Fredericton, NB. This programmer analyst (application development/solution development, VB.Net/Visual Studio/Oracle database/PL/SQL/Azure DevOps expertise, bug report analysis/change request processing, technical documentation, team scrums participation required) develops new applications or components of applications to meet functional specifications, codes and deploys approved solutions throughout technology stack, analyzes bug reports/change requests for modifications to existing functionality and proposes solutions for fixes/updates to support team, and provides/updates documentation per unit standards to support bug fixes/implemented changes.

Deliverables
The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement:
Application Development
- Develop new applications or components of applications to meet functional specifications as requested
Solution Development
- Code and deploy approved solutions to problems throughout appropriate areas of technology stack: VB.Net, Visual Studio, Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Azure DevOps
Problem Identification and Solution Proposal
- Analyze bug reports and/or change requests for modifications to existing functionality
- Propose solutions for fixes and/or updates to support team
Technical Documentation
- Provide or update documentation per unit standards (to be provided as needed) to support bug fixes and/or implemented changes
Team Collaboration
- Participate in team scrums

Engagement Requirements
