Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

Duration: 9 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable production applications using Python and Node.js/TypeScript.
Build and integrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Claude SDK.
Develop and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI-driven workflows.
Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Backstage.io developer portal solutions.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement prompt engineering techniques.
Build and maintain REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
Work with MongoDB and Redis in production environments.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps automation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance and scalability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience developing production applications using Python.
Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering.
Experience building or integrating AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Claude SDK.
Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OpenShift.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Strong experience with MongoDB and Redis.
Experience with REST API development and OpenAPI specifications.
Experience developing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
