What You Will Do
You’ll help design and build the systems and interfaces that power AI-driven practice operations:
- Build scalable backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines that support real-time decisions across clinics.
- Develop intuitive, modern UIs in React and Next.js that surface agent activity and streamline workflows.
- Build production grade AI workflows across our stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to design and architecture discussions.
- Ensure reliability, observability, and performance across the platform.
- Work directly with clients and help design the future of care.
What We're Looking For
Engineers with strong foundations who can operate across one or more of the following areas:
Backend
- Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) (2+ years)
- GCP (or other cloud equivalent), PostgreSQL (or other relational databases)
Frontend
- TypeScript (2+ years)
- React & Next.js, React Query, Tailwind
- Experience shipping beautiful, intuitive UIs to real users
Bonus
- Experience building with AI Agents in production interacting with real users.
- CI/CD, testing frameworks, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Elastic search.
- Very strong design instincts.
