Everyone's willing to help out, which is great for learning new aspects of our retail software products and overall tech stack. You're constantly challenged to improve and grow professionally. It truly feels like a team working towards a common goal.
Cons: While the culture is good, there are times during major product releases where the workload for a Software Developer can get pretty intense, impacting work-life balance temporarily. Also, sometimes larger company-wide communications could be more transparent. The approval process for certain internal changes can also feel a bit slow at times.
