As a Senior Motion Video Designer, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, planning, designing, and executing various types of video content productions for Pixlr & Designs.AI. Your primary focus will encompass motion graphics, tutorials, video editing, and exploring new forms of digital media. This position, initially a 6-month contract, serves to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of contract renewal.

The Job:Â
- Engage in all phases of the design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Managers to conceptualize and craft compelling, high-quality animations and video productions.
- Craft visually stunning motion works suitable for display across diverse media platforms and as essential company assets/marketing materials.
- Remain abreast of advancements in production tools, technology, and the latest trends in content creation for social media.
- Manage project deadlines effectively, ensuring timely and precise execution of tasks.
The Person:
- Bachelor's Degree in motion video design or a related field.
- Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Capcut.
- Experience utilizing generative AI Tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.
- Demonstrated strong motion design acumen with a keen eye for captivating aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, ensuring successful project deliverables.
