Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Senior Reservation & Front Office Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Jitra, Kedah.
Responsibilities :
- To oversee reservation operations for CV2 Accommodation including OTA platforms, online booking channels, and Property Management System (PMS). The role ensures efficient handling of reservations, proper room inventory management, and provides operational support to the Front Office including guest check-in, check-out, booking creation, and payment transactions while working closely with the Front Office and Marketing teams to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Requirements :
1) Reservation Management
- Manage all accommodation reservations including direct bookings, online bookings, and OTA channels to ensure accuracy, proper room allocation, and optimal occupancy levels.
2) OTA & Online Channel Management
- Administer OTA platforms and online booking channels by updating room inventory, rates, availability, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Department.
3) Property Management System (PMS) Administration
- Maintain accurate reservation records within the PMS including booking creation, modifications, cancellations, and reservation tracking.
4) Front Office Operational Support
- Perform Front Office duties when required including guest check-in, check-out, reservation creation, payment transactions, and responding to guest inquiries.
5) Inventory & Booking Monitoring
- Monitor room availability and booking trends to avoid overbooking and ensure proper utilization of accommodation units.
6) Guest Service & Issue Resolution
- Handle reservation-related inquiries and assist in resolving booking issues or guest complaints professionally.
7) Reporting & Reservation Analysis
- Prepare reservation reports, booking summaries, OTA performance reports, and occupancy statistics for management review.
8) Weekly and Monthly Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on total revenue, reservation performance, and booking statistics for each OTA platform for management review.
9) Cross Department Coordination
- Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest arrival and departure operations, and coordinate with the Marketing Department to support promotions, campaigns, and online booking strategies.
