Job Summary
Working within the strategic framework set-out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations the CRM Software Engineer will play a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels.
Responsibilities
Identify and analyze business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for the IT System
Research, design, implement, document and manage software tools and programs. This may include testing and evaluating new solutions and technologies
Identify areas for modification on existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications to suit business requirements
Collaborate closely with members from Cross-Functional teams situated in Europe
Determining operational efficiency, you may also be tasked to focus on developing QA procedures
Deploy software tools, processes, and metrics
Maintain and upgrade existing systems
Attend Agile Ceremonies, bridging teams from different disciplines (Client, IT, Business)
Train users on new software applications and provide ongoing support as needed
To be successful you will have:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experienced in a development and/or administrator role (Microsoft Dynamics365)
Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, JS Coding and SQL
Knowledge with Data Extraction tools i.e. KingswaySoft, PowerAutomate or similar tools
Exposure on Marketing Automation and Telephony tools i.e. Click Dimensions, Genesys or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Creative, analytical thinker with outcome-focused personality
