- 電梯缺陷和工程訂單得到良好協調並按時執行。在所有JKKP檢查之前需要檢查並確保沒有安全缺陷
- 執行並確保 JKKP 第二個時間表得到完全遵守和認可
- 透過向下屬提供指導方針和工作解決方案來領導,並定期對他們進行安全和技術操作培訓
- 密切跟進工單、報價和收款
- 定期、及時地進行現場檢查,每月至少提交 5 個工作現場報告。確保JQA檢查時不出現安全缺陷
- 定期拜訪客戶並與他們保持良好的公關
- 確保人員被困情況下、90 分鐘內或正常故障情況下在 30 分鐘內接到回電。所有人員受困情況,且一個月內發生2次以上故障,均需提交分析報告
- 直接上級或管理層不時調整和分配的任何其他任務
