Job Description:

- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.

- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.

- Notification to client and consultants for inspection, details, confirmation and site constraints

- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.

- Represent the company in regular and special meeting with the management, clients and sub-contractors.

- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up

Job  Scopes:

• Manage of overall accounting tasks including preparation of monthly management accounts and related detailed analysis listings.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly financial report to HQ by 5th of every month.
• Involve in preparing financial forecast, budget and projections to support decision-making.
• Monitoring costing function by collecting cost information, analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare tax estimate (CP204 & CP204A) and review tax computations
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Increase the functional efficiency and provide guidance and coaching to junior staff.
• Assist in ERP implementation, assist in year-end financial audit & tax submission.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, company secretary and others for finance related matters.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Manager/Director
