About the Role

The candidate will play a pivotal role to kickstart and craft AIA Agency Distribution’s social media presence (via Instagram) and Agency Distribution editorial (AD Buzz), specifically targeting our agency force. • Administers and handles the Agency Contest R&Rs, Agency Compensation Handbook and other policy management related documents/publications to support the business requirements.

• Managing route approval processes to ensure route approvals/seasonal approvals are obtained in time to meet network plans.

• To work as a consultant on various management consultancy projects in the Region as part of the Region’s delivery team
• Deliver project work, including facilitating workshops, writing reports, and delivering presentations.
• To work independently, lead or collaborate with the wider regional team to deliver our asset management transformational projects, from sourcing to project closure.
• Consult/advise clients in the development of their information and digital capabilities.
• Provide support in proposal writing and presentation development.
• Lead the delivery of Asset Management projects for clients in line with our project governance requirements.
• Produce accurate and well-evidenced reports and presentations that are consistent with our branding and internal best practice.
