Responsibilities

• Manage the activities of the Management Reporting function.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports and forecasts to the senior management.
• Analyze monthly P&L to provide insight on variances on financial performance of the various business units and investigate variances against the norms, budget and forecast.
• Participate in the monthly review and closing process.
• Prepare reports, coordinate and finalize budgets (bi-annually).
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, analysis and duties as required by the business.
• Participate in projects as required by the business.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA / relevant professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Hands-on and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in Power BI or other data visualization tools as well as ERP and Budgeting systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) will be added advantage.
• Strong communication and good interpersonal skills as the role requires interaction with stakeholders from various functions.
• An analytical, meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• A highly motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for capital equipment portfolios (wafer fabrication, HDD/SSD manufacturing, test equipment) supporting $XXM+ annual spend • Lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution for high-value capital investments • Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization through strategic supplier partnerships and innovative commercial models • Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with WD's technology roadmap and capacity expansion plans

Supplier Relationship & Risk Management

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Tier-1 OEMs and equipment suppliers in semiconductor and storage industries • Implement robust supplier performance management systems tracking quality, delivery, technical support, and innovation • Develop supply continuity strategies and risk mitigation plans for critical single-source equipment • Lead supplier business reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Commercial Excellence & Value Creation

• Negotiate complex multi-million-dollar capital equipment agreements, including pricing, payment terms, warranty, service, and IP considerations • Structure creative commercial arrangements (consignment, lease-to-own, performance-based contracts) to optimize cash flow • Drive standardization and commonality initiatives to leverage scale and reduce total cost • Identify and capture cost savings opportunities through value engineering, should-cost analysis, and competitive benchmarking

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams on capital planning, equipment specifications, and investment justifications • Support new product introduction (NPI) and technology transitions with timely equipment procurement • Collaborate with Global Operations on supplier qualification, installation, and ramp activities • Interface with Export Control and Trade Compliance on regulated equipment sourcing

Team Leadership & Development

The role leads the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers, supported by high standards of data accuracy and process excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical recruiter with deep experience managing complex semiconductor requisitions and operating effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Technical Recruitment

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill semiconductor roles across design, manufacturing, test, packaging, and operations.

Sourcing & Screening

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, semiconductor talent communities, niche platforms, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
• Build longlists and shortlists of qualified semiconductor professionals by applying role-specific technical filters across semiconductor HW & SW R&D IC design, fabrication, equipment engineering, process engineering, test development, and related fields.

Candidate & Stakeholder Management

• Provide high-quality CV presentations and candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions, candidate availability, competitive intelligence, and recruitment timelines.
• Ensure consistent communication and outstanding experiences for candidates throughout the process.

Operation & System Excellence

• Manage all recruitment status updates in ATS, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams including HRBPs, HR Operations, and Business Leaders for compliance and smooth Process flows.

The Senior Business Planner is responsible for managing end to end supply and demand planning while driving on time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and days of inventory (DOI) targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan
• Work order release and expedite to ensure right loading pattern and keeping to the targeted DOI level without impacting commit to customer
• Responsible for customer OTD and CRD
• Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage wip to meet ship plan
• Manage inventory level, work towards meeting DOI target
• Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment related issues.
