• Keeping the Narrative Alive: When there are no product launches or route expansions, you know how to build a narrative out of thin air. You will turn industry trends or a quick 5-minute chat with a BD Lead into a week's worth of engaging social content.
• The Social & DIY Creative Engine: Writing scroll-stopping LinkedIn content for our brand and executive pages. You don’t just write, you execute. You’ll script fast-paced videos and jump right into Canva or CapCut—either knocking out quick-turn edits yourself or prepping the script and brief for our video producers to finalise.
• The Repurpose Master (70% Repurpose / 30% New): You don't always need to reinvent the wheel. You will mine our archives of past footage, pitch decks, and technical operational updates, slicing them into multiple bite-sized social assets to maximise content lifespan.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, B2B content creation, or digital copywriting.
• Social-First Mindset: If you can write a great press release but struggle to write a 3-sentence LinkedIn hook, this role isn't for you. You must deeply understand social platform dynamics and what makes B2B buyers stop scrolling.
• Hands-on Content Chops: You know how to write a script with a strong visual hook, and you aren't afraid to independently cut a short-form video in CapCut or design a carousel in Canva to get a quick-turn story live.

We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to own how Intellect tells its story across markets, channels, and audiences.

This role is responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that strengthens Intellect’s position as a global leader in workplace mental health. You will shape narratives that resonate with HR leaders, C-suite executives, partners, and employees — translating complex mental health and product insights into compelling content that builds trust, drives demand, and supports enterprise growth.

You will work closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Client Success, and Commercial teams to ensure content supports the full buyer journey — from thought leadership and awareness to enterprise deal support and client engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong storytelling instincts with strategic thinking and operational discipline, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and global scale is the goal.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership

• Own and execute Intellect’s global content strategy across key channels, including blog, reports, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, and social media.
• Develop editorial themes and content pillars aligned with Intellect’s brand positioning, product priorities, and enterprise GTM strategy.
• Ensure content consistently reflects Intellect’s voice as a credible, evidence-based leader in workplace mental health.

Thought Leadership & Narrative Development

• Translate industry insights, research, and product developments into compelling narratives for HR leaders, C-suite executives, and partners.
• Develop flagship thought leadership content such as industry reports, executive insights, and mental health trend pieces.
• Partner with internal experts, clinicians, and leadership to shape credible, differentiated perspectives on mental health and workplace wellbeing.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

• Develop content that supports enterprise pipeline generation, including case studies, solution briefs, and campaign assets.
• Partner with Commercial and Partnerships teams to build content that supports enterprise conversations, RFPs, and key account engagement.
• Ensure content supports both top-of-funnel awareness and mid-funnel enterprise education.

Content Distribution & Performance

• Own distribution strategies across owned and partner channels to maximise reach and engagement.
• Work with the CRM team to ensure content supports engagement campaigns and member education.
• Track and analyse content performance, using insights to refine strategy and prioritisation.

Who You Are

• 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or thought leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS, healthcare, HR tech, or employee benefits.
• A strong storyteller who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and credible narratives.
• Comfortable developing both strategic content frameworks and hands-on execution.
• Experience creating content that supports enterprise sales cycles and thought leadership positioning.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, commercial, and marketing teams.
• Analytical and performance-driven, with the ability to use insights to inform content decisions.
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills — able to translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives

Role summary:

Marketing Specialist (Malaysia). Support a Fintech leader's MY growth through field events, partner marketing, and content localisation. You’ll own end-to-end logistics and sales support. Requires 3+ years’ experience, B2B preference, and fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Role: 

• Execute the Malaysia field marketing calendar end-to-end, including industry events, networking formats, vendor coordination, and post-event lead capture.
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to define audience targeting, manage invite operations, and oversee post-event follow-up cadences.
• Co-design and launch joint marketing initiatives with priority partners, spanning webinars, email campaigns, social media, and bespoke B2B content.
• Build and maintain partner marketing toolkits, including one-pagers, pitch decks, and landing pages tailored to the Malaysian SME and Growth segments.
• Coordinate the production of localised case studies, customer stories, and vertical narratives by collaborating with writers, designers, and external agencies.
• Localise global brand messaging and assets—including nurture emails and event collateral—to ensure they resonate culturally and linguistically within the MY market.
• Support performance marketing and competitor campaigns by providing local insights, creative briefs, and rigorous QA of copy and tracking links.
• Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track lead generation, opportunity pipeline, and the overall ROI of Malaysian marketing activities.
• Manage the Malaysia asset repository, ensuring all content is organised, up-to-date, and effectively utilised across all partner and sales channels.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, specifically within field marketing, partner marketing, or integrated campaigns; experience in B2B Fintech or SaaS is strongly preferred.
• Native-level fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and professional proficiency in English is a must to effectively localise content and engage local stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of executing events and content programmes that directly influence sales pipeline and revenue growth.
• Comfortable working across the full campaign lifecycle, from high-level strategy and briefing to granular operations and vendor management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams and hit deadlines across different time zones.
• Proficient with marketing technology stacks, including CRM/Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo) and event management platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build basic reports, track UTMs, and recommend optimisations based on performance data.
• Resilient and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
