Get to Know the Role

You will design and implement Sales Incentive Plans across Grab Sales Teams in APAC markets.

You will work with People Rewards, HR, Regional and Country Sales Leadership, and Country Sales Operations teams to align Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives.

We are looking for someone who can design sales compensation structures, analyze business metrics, and manage implementation projects across multiple countries.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is fully onsite at our Petaling Jaya's office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Design and implement sales compensation plans across APAC markets, including plan structure, simulations, training materials, participant support, attainment calculations, and payout management
• Track and analyze sales compensation plan results, using data to ensure alignment with business goals and market practices, partnering with Data Analytics teams on metric tracking
• Align target setting processes with sales incentive quotas and policies, working with local Commercial leaders and sales operations teams
• Improve operational workflows, streamlining compensation processes and providing program updates to leadership
• Ensure process compliance and controls, working with senior management and stakeholders across functions to implement new processes and improve existing ones
• Coordinate with People Rewards team on governance and controls when launching and administering sales compensation plans

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive – Outdoor to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• To promote the Company and its products and services to its best advantage under the guidance of Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Area Sales Manager or other Senior Managers.
• To meet agreed sales targets for the Company’s products and services on a regular basis at budgeted price levels or better.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s selling propositions and differentiators.
• To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, market development, handling complaints and termination calls.
• Coordinating with various internal departments in ensuring proper execution and delivering outstanding customer service.
• To update daily sales in system and SOP compliances
• All monetary collection shall be returned to the company no later than two (2) days.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies with proven track record in Sales
• Highly successful at converting clients with the ability to adhere to KPI's to ensure success

• Ability to work onsite and go on joint visits with Technical and Service colleagues
• Good understanding of Business clients in your designated locations
• Autonomous and thrive on challenges
• Required valid driving license because driving is part of the job requirement for this designation
• Possess own vehicle, is a Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status

The After Sales Service Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the after-sales service function. This role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive service strategies, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure superior customer satisfaction and business performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute after-sales service strategies, including service network optimization, quality assurance, spare parts management, warranty program administration, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage service teams to consistently achieve service level agreements and performance targets.
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through key metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, while implementing effective complaint resolution protocols.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to align after-sales operations with organizational business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for service operations to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
• Ensure full compliance with Bosch regulations, industry standards, safety requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of service data to identify operational trends, implement process improvements, and minimize downtime and recurring issues.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key service partners and network providers to enhance service delivery capabilities and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Generate detailed performance reports on service metrics, including critical KPIs such as average service time, rejection rates, and after-sales revenue generation.

• Sales: Working independently to do daily store opening and closing, grow sales and store targets
