We are looking for an innovative Technical Support Engineer who is passionate in research, design, prototyping, project management documentation, Product support for advanced automated machine and IoT 4.0 system.
As an Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical, programming and product troubleshooting for CMS’s product. You are required to work closely with the Sales team, customer and manufacturer to ensure the customer use CMS product with optimum performance.

3.較強的職業原則、責任感、團隊精神、優秀的溝通能力。
4.熟練使用和維護主流Linux操作系統。
5.熟悉阿里雲、AWS等公有雲平台。
6. 熟練使用Jenkins、SVN等開源DevOps工具。
7.有網路公司常用技術的靈活部署和配置優化經驗，包括但不限於ELK、Redis、Kafka、MySQL、Docker、Zabbix、Kafka、RabbitMQ、Prometheus等技術應用。
8.熟悉Linux/Unix，有Shell/Python等腳本編寫能力，有相關伺服器設定與維護經驗。
9.明確的維運監控方案，包括設定警報保險等級、監控方式、警報策略等。
10.熟練使用shell/PHP等腳本程式語言，有自動化基礎設施維護工作經驗者優先。
