Job Description:
As the Freight Forwarding Officer, you will be working within a close and supporting team environment within the Export department. Overall, you will be providing your assigned clients base guiding them through a seamless shipping and logistics process and be the link between both internal departments and external service providers.
The role will include handling export shipments for all LCL clientele, from freight bookings, allocations to final delivery and cargo receival to clients overseas.
Duties will entail and involve the following role process:

• Receiving and processing bookings of shipments.
• Coordinating bookings with shipping liners.
• Liaising and coordinating with clients, shipping carriers and overseas agents.
• Preparing relevant export documentation.
• Preparing freight/shipping rates, raising and issuing invoices.

The candidate
The ideal candidates would have a proven track record of some 2-3 years of freight operations experience in handling exports sector, including recent experience with an export operations role within forwarding or with a co-loader. In this connection, candidate with strong understanding of international shipping and also domestic transport will be highly advantageous to fill this role.
The successful candidates for this role will require excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and accurate comprehend information is imperative as you will liaise with a variety of stakeholders to collectively produce the desired outcome for the business clients.

As part of providing value added recruitment services, we are now seeking suitable candidates to assume the role of Customer Support Administration Officer with our client who is a premier loyalty program management company in Petaling Jaya.  
The position is a full time permanent role based at their corporate office in Section 51, Industrial Area in Petaling Jaya. Working hours are from 9.00 am-6pm Monday to Friday
About the job
As the Customer Support Administration Officer, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty programs within the banking and financial institutions. Your role will be attending to customers interactions on a timely basis by providing accurate information on loyalty programs.
This role is fast paced. As the Customer Support Administration Officer, you will be managing customers’ entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program.Your role will be attending to customer interactions on timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. Your role also include procurement and managing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.
The Candidate
We are looking for female candidates only to assume this role. She must possess at least Diploma qualification in any field coupled with strong communication skills with ability to speak fluent English and BM. Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be advantageous. Good command of English is essential besides conversant in BM and advantageous if also Chinese/Mandarin.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have some working experience in jobs related to customer service, tele-marketing, call centre or similar role. She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and internet applications
