• We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Animator to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Animator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations and bringing our characters, creatures, and environments to life. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in character animation, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate leadership qualities.

2. Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling animations.

4. Mentor and provide guidance to junior animators, sharing industry knowledge, best practices, and techniques to improve the overall quality of the team's work.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in character animation for games, films, or a related industry.
3. Strong proficiency in animation software such as Maya, 3Ds Max, or equivalent.
4. Excellent understanding of principles of animation, timing, and weight.
5. Solid knowledge of character rigging and skinning, and ability to troubleshoot rigging issues.
6. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, MEL, or C#) is a plus.
7. Experience with motion capture systems and data processing.
8. Strong artistic and creative abilities, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
