Qualification:
1) High School / Diploma
Responsibilities:
· Prepare necessary paperwork for regular company procedures.
· Attending to staff amenities.
· Organize and maintain employee records.
· Update internal databases (e.g. new hire information).
· Answer employees' queries.
· Attend to employees' queries (e.g. statutrory bodies issue).
· Check office supply stock and place orders when needed.
· Arrange staff travel and accommodations.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Staff Assistant, Administrative Assistant or similar role.
· In-depth understanding of office and HR procedures.
· Computer literacy (MS Office in particular).

1. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of work and quality control

Work Scope:
· Responsible for system maintenance services, including UPS system, A/C System, Access System, and related ELV System
· To liaise with end user/main-contractor and be responsible for the daily maintenance schedule.

· Supervise, coordinate, and lead on site installation and troubleshooting, for both in-house team and sub-contractor.
