The position is full time permanent role, reporting directly to FC of the group in Malaysia.

The candidate

The successful applicant will be strong in consolidation of group accounts.
Good working knowledge on Main Board Listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities and MFRS/IFRS.
A confident and well organised self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English is required with good writing skills.
A good working knowledge of accounting standards (FRS & IAS),taxation and company law will definitely a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
This exciting role will be based at their corporate head office at city center in KL. Their business working hours are on a 5-day week basis, 8.30 am-5.30pm.

Job Description
Chrisjac is currently seeking individuals who are interested in Executive Claims/Adjuster position for an established general insurance company in Kuala Lumpur. This position would be based at their Motor Claims Department responsible for record keeping tasks and filling of documents, completing paperwork and administrative duties.
This position will be ideal for SPM or Diploma qualification holders. The main job responsibilities will be to provide administrative support within the Department, support the claims and underwriting departments in respect of making payments.
The main tasks will include:
*Responsible for managing settlement of claims in accordance with company policy and procedure.
*Ensure claims are processed in accordance with the company's Claims Service Standard and BNM's Guidelines on Claims Settlement Practices.
*Checking on all new claims registration and/or claims adjustment.
*Checking/Verification of documentation, assessment of claims and providing recomendation for settlements.
*Assignment of adjusters and/or solicitors to conduct investigation.
*Reviewing/follow up on all oustanding claims on regular basis to ensure claims reserve are adequate and status update during the review exercise.
*Maintenance of records and filling activities.
The candidate
We are specifically looking for candidates who are reliable and enthusiastic attitude to work.
*Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Book Keeping/Accountancy or Business administration.
*3-5 years of work experience in handling general/motor insurance policy contracts or other legal documents.
*Good computer and data entry skills.
*Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

About the job
The opening is a full time permanent position at junior level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.
The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. Part of the role and duties will be performing posting of the accounting information in the accounting system.
About the Candidate
Candidates for this junior role must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma qualification in Accounting/Book Keeping.Candidate should have at least one or two years of accounting experience working ideally in retail industry. In this case, fresh graduates with Bachelor degree will be duly considered. Strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential to succeed in this role.

About the job
The position is full time permanent role, reporting directly to FC of the group in Malaysia.
The role will be to manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions of the company and subsidiary companies within the various sectors of the group.
Key responsibilities:
*Responsible for quarterly and yearly reports for Bursa Malaysia announcement.
*Responsible for the Group consolidation and company financial reports.
*Responsible for the timely and completion of annual statutory reporting.
*Review country-by-country report,master file and transfer pricing documents.
*Responsible for the corporate finance/financial management of the company and Group.
*Manage taxation, audit and all related matters.
The candidate
To be considered for this senior accounting role, candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Accounting qualification or ACCA/CIMA graduate.
Member of MIA.
Preference for candidates who are in age group 35-45
Ideally candidate with prior experience in PLC set up will be an asset.
The successful applicant will be strong in consolidation of group accounts.
Good working knowledge on Main Board Listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities and MFRS/IFRS.
A confident and well organised self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English is required with good writing skills.
A good working knowledge of accounting standards (FRS & IAS),taxation and company law will definitely a prerequisite to be considered for this role.
This exciting role will be based at their corporate head office at city center in KL. Their business working hours are on a 5-day week basis, 8.30 am-5.30pm.
