- Design core curriculum for the various business schools and/or Academies under CIMB University.
- Develop competency framework and success profiles for identified functions/roles, develop and conduct competency assessments, analyze the assessment results, and design learning interventions/learning paths for staff based on their assessment results.
- Implement Regional Learning & Development initiatives in alignment with the Group’s human capital requirements for competent workforce and effective leaders.
- Leverage on our internal subject matter experts to deliver best-in-class technical, functional and soft skills learning solutions (wherever relevant).
- Source and screen external training providers to deliver best-in-class training to target audience.
- Conduct diagnosis to understand training needs and design learning interventions.
- Assess effectiveness of training and the Return on Investment.
- Ensure cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction in all areas of his/her role.
- Prepare reports on a periodic basis for management review.
- Undertake any other tasks/training projects organised by Group Human Resource or as delegated by the Head of Department/Superior.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, regulatory requirements and internal auditors.
