Responsibilities :-
1) Provide after sales service.
2) Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
3) Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
4) Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients
5) To undertake repair and preventive maintenance works.
Requirements :-
1) Computer literate – mandatory
2) Good proficiency in Mandarin and English communication, both spoken and written.
3) Willing to travel nationwide when required
4) Able to work independently and resourceful with good initiatives
5) Working experience in setting up/installation of IT
6) Positive Attitude, Hardworking and willing to learn
7) Possess valid GDL license is beneficial
