Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking talented and driven individuals to join our team as interns in the Quantity Surveying, Contracts, and Human Resources departments. M&E Intern Engineer Design

• Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software. 
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet customer requirement. 
• Responsible to take measurement under special circumstances. 
• Provide necessary information to PE / PM/ GM regarding HVAC design. 
• Ensure the design provide on timely manner. 
• Conduct analysis and testing to ensure designs meet specifications. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support as needed. 
• To undertake any other related jobs directed by the superior from time to time. 
• Responsible to work with PE/PM in preparation of complete tender submission. 
• Ensure complete tender submission on time.

M&E Intern Costing Admin 

• Create accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements, and liaise with the Project Engineer (PE) to ensure customer needs are met. 
• Regularly checking and promptly respond to customer emails, maintaining professional communication. 
• Ensure forward all quotation to customer on time. 
• Keep customers updated with the latest PR quotations promptly. 
• Prepare and compile necessary monthly reports for the department. 
• Maintain an up-to-date list of pending customer Purchase Orders (PO). 
• Handle payments for CIDB levies and contract stamping fees required for projects or jobs. 
• To undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the superior. 
• General admin works include filing, typing, checking and coordinate the stamping of contracts/ bonds.

QS Intern

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of tender documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and measure quantities.
• Collaborate with the team on various QS tasks.

HR & Admin Intern

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and tasks.

This internship is for a student who can develop a yield application/system to improve visibility, speed, and consistency of yield analytics and reporting. You will work with engineering stakeholders to transform manufacturing/test data into usable applications, dashboards, and automation workflows, including data extraction, transformation, visualization, and deployment.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a Yield Application/System to support engineering yield analytics and decision-making.
• Build data pipelines / ETL to pull and harmonize data from common factory/test sources.
• Work with stakeholders to translate yield analysis needs into system requirements, functional specs, and UI workflows; document assumptions and business rules clearly.
• Create dashboards or reporting layers and ensure metrics definitions are consistent and traceable.
• Implement data quality checks to improve trustworthiness of yield data.
• Support deployment and sustainment activities such as packaging code, organizing repository structure, and preparing for hosting on internal environments.
• Produce user guides / system instructions and handover documentation to enable future enhancement by engineering/automation teams.

The CRM Intern will support customer master data governance and related operational activities in Oracle Cloud. The role primarily focuses on customer master data creation and updates, ensuring a high level of accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control requirements.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the intern will assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, standardization, and overall data quality.

• To perform qual related tasks such as repeatability tests
• To perform reject low yield or RMA verifications and sampling test based on special requests with engineer’s guidance

End to End Hiring Process:

• Assist with various recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the development and refinement of recruitment-related templates to enhance efficiency. • Assist in ensuring a complete set of new hire documentation is gathered and submitted for HRS data and payroll processing.

Onboarding & Integration:

• Assist in employees onboarding program coordination with new hires and presenters from each department.

HR Administration & Compliance: 

• Assist in the processing and administration of LHDN (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri / Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia) stamping for relevant documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Provide administrative support for various associate needs and inquiries.

Employee Engagement & Events:

About the Position 

WorldFish is seeking to engage an Intern (Facilities Management) who will support the Facilities team in day-to-day facilities operations, including preventive maintenance coordination, vendor supervision, and record keeping ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained workplace.

At the same time, this internship is designed to provide structured learning and practical exposure to facilities management practices, enabling the intern to develop technical, analytical, and coordination skills within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the asset register, including tagging, classification, and documentation, while gaining understanding of asset lifecycle management.
• Support the collection and recording of utility consumption data (e.g., electricity, water) and assist in preparing basic monthly summaries to understand usage trends.
• Assist in logging, tracking, and closing work orders, gaining exposure to facilities workflows, response timelines, and service coordination.
• Support coordination of vendors and contractors, including scheduling, site access, and monitoring work progress, while learning basic contract and service management practices.
